Yvonne contacted the after-sales staff. They said that she could go to the scene for replacement.

On the day of the music festival, Yvonne took out the conversation record with the after-sales staff, but someone told her that it was not possible to change the clothes. Because the size of the clothes she wants are sold out. So she buys another one on the spot. What made her even more depressed was that when she wants to return the goods, the staff told her that the return time had passed. Yvonne gave her clothes to her friend.
